When you can’t

Supporting seniors and families in Toronto and surrounding areas.
Everyday support. Personal connection.
A little help can make
a meaningful difference.
A senior concierge provides practical, non-medical support with everyday life—from errands and appointments to companionship and organizing help around the home.
For seniors, it means more choice and less to manage alone. For families balancing work, distance, and caregiving, it means having a trusted local person to turn to and thoughtful updates about the support provided.
We start with what matters to you, whether that is an occasional helping hand or a regular visit to look forward to.
The everyday details, thoughtfully handled.

Comfort & confidence at home
Thoughtful support for a more accessible home.
Sometimes, a small change at home can make everyday life easier. As part of our concierge service, we can help families explore accessibility and safety products, connect with appropriate professionals, and coordinate purchasing or installation. Product choices and costs are discussed with you first.
We’re making room for a future collection of home accessibility products, including bathroom supports and everyday mobility aids.
A few helpful answers
Questions are always welcome.
Can I arrange support for a parent if I live far away?
Yes. We can discuss local support and an agreed update routine with you and your parent. Their preferences and consent guide what is shared and who is involved.
Do we need a monthly package?
No. You can ask about occasional visits or appointment support. For recurring needs, we can discuss a monthly plan and confirm its inclusions before you commit.
How is a concierge different from home care?
A concierge focuses on practical tasks, companionship, and coordination. Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, or other personal care belongs under our Home Care service. We’ll help you identify the right starting point.
Can the support change over time?
Yes. We can review your plan together and discuss changes in services, frequency, or costs before putting them in place.
