You can start before a move is needed. A conversation can help you understand the options and prepare. You can also reach out when circumstances change and your family needs help deciding what to do next.
Can you help if we don't know what type of living to choose?
Yes. We begin with your priorities and daily support needs, explain the different living options, and help you explore suitable communities. The residence will confirm its assessment and admission requirements.
Will you come with us on community tours?
Tour coordination and accompaniment are part of our guidance. We help you prepare questions, look beyond first impressions, and compare the details after each visit.
Is your Senior Living Advisor service really at no cost?
Yes. Our Senior Living Advisor service is offered at no cost to you or your family. This includes getting to know your needs, researching suitable communities, arranging and accompanying you on tours, guiding you through your decision and move-in, and following up afterward. Retirement community fees are separate.
How much will senior living cost?
Retirement community costs depend on the location, suite, and level of support. We help you compare current quotes, understand what is included, and ask about additional charges. Our Senior Living Advisor service is offered at no cost to you or your family; the residence charges separately for accommodation and services.
Can you help if our family lives out of town?
Yes. We can help coordinate the search and keep family members involved in conversations and decisions, with the senior's consent.
What if we're not ready for a move?
That is okay. We can talk through your options at your pace. Stembrella's Senior Concierge and Home Care services may also be worth exploring if support at home is the better next step.
